No internet

Got sky fibre last year, been absolutely perfect until today when it dropped completely. Power and WiFi lights on the hub show green, Internet one is off. On the fibre unit on the wall, the left light is green but the right light is red. Usual off/on tricks aren't working. All tests at sky's end are coming back saying it's working but it's clearly not.

My internet has been dropping in and out forthe past 3 days but does eventually come back, clearly a problem, any response from Sky?
