Hi. Our internet has been down since yesterday morning.
I've done the online tests and it says there is a problem with the connnection to the hub. But it goes to "Please wait" and just freezes. How do I fix this?

Find out more@Nise you probably can't do anything as it is likely to be a fault on the line which needs reporting to Sky so they can arrange to get it fixed. If the Sky Talk line is working you can call Sky for free by dialling 150 otherwise call one of Sky's O3 numbers which you can find if you follow the need more help links in the help guides.
