Find out more@Katie36 you sre not talking to Sky by posting in the forum to find out what is known run the connetion test in the My Sky appover a mobile connection. If thst doesn't tell you there is a known fault call Sky to report the fault. It is very unlikely Sky can tell you when a fault will be fixed some take a few minutes a few can be down for weeks it depends what and where the issue is.
However you need to know that Openreach who own and run the network Sky uses to your home do not work on domestic faults over the weekend and have a 2 working day SLA after which you will be paid compensation if you are still without a service. That you choose use your connection for work does not change that.
