I live in south Tyneside and have no internet connection since yesterday afternoon, they are saying there is an outage in my area? And it will take days to fix apparently, the bill I pay for the fasted connection is a joke, when will this be fixed? [content removed]

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs customers like you we can't tell you when it'll be fixed. Openreach are responsible for investigating and fixing and they 'aim' to fix in two working days.
This link outlines auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it, It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.
By the way the person you've tagged is a customer who made an unfortunate choice of tag name.
