Hiya,

having some trouble with my sky internet box, the power icon and the wifi icon are both green but the internet icon and voice icon are both off. Have ran the rests and there's no issues in the area and then I've followed the steps to try fix after that with no luck. Have turned it on and off at the plug and have done the reset button on the actual box for 30 seconds and also had no luck. We just have no internet. Any ideas on how to fix. Thank youuu.

@MegLW Are you able to call to report this fault to Sky if the broadband test is not picking up the issue?
