No internet/wifi

Hi, in the Bristol area. WiFi keeps disappearing - tried the Sky outage site and also, troubleshooting site where I've rebooted etc several times. Basically have WiFi but no Internet and this is every other day. Today is the worst - no WiFi since 6am! 

 

Orange light on the hub flashes orange intermittently (or sometimes not on). Then will (hopefully) resolve itself...  any help would be appreciated.
