No internet/ wi-fi

Now wi-fi / internet everything on the scanning says it is fine, But nothing is working, the openreach box 'PON' is flashing green what is the issue?

@JDe1 PON needs to be a steady solid green light for it to work, Issue connecting to the OR Exchange for the ONT!

How do I fix this? I have restarted everything and still flashing

@JDe1 Switch the ONT off for 10 minutes, and try it on again, that is all you can do, the ONT is trying to Authenticate itself back to the Exchange!
