No internet through sky router

need help, no internet through router

I've reset router and checked my sky info through skys website and says all fine so confused why internet isn't working 

I have a sky glass so cannot watch anything

Same here. 

I regret having this sky broadband. I have never enjoyed it since I got it. I just waste money every month paying for a service I don't enjoy

 exact same issue. But the broadband test said everything is fine and no issue. 
every day same problem. Nothing but problems since switching in September. 
Don't know what to do. I keep resetting it.

Sky....please can I have an update on this issue, coming into the 3rd day without internet

I got a new router and it wasn't that. Turns out it was the Ethernet cable between modem and router that had broken.
