Hi, our internet seemed to have gone down around 4.45pm this evening.
I've restarted the router twice and unplugged and plugged back in the openeeach box on the wall but nothing!!
the service checker says there's an outage but I've asked on our estates Facebook group and doesn't seem to be affecting anyone else.
Need internet to WFH but no one around to chat to.
Does anyone have any ideas of anything I can try?

There is nothing you can try because if the service checker says there is an outage then this is somewhere outside of your property so there is nothing you can do but to wait for it to be fixed by Openreach.
