My laptop keeps coming up no internet secured. Have tried disconnecting hub and turning on again but still the same. when it said available networks the sky one was not showing them it came on again.
I am 82 and now not sure of doing my on line banking in case it comes up again no internet secured

Also phoned sky and they tested the line and say no problem. I have no problem with my tablet or phone there browser is chrome and the laptops are Microsoft edge
