There was some men from bt or openreach doing work outside number 12 at about 10.30 today and since then i have had no internet and no tv they said it cant get fixed till Wednesday but i have a child with ADHD who doesnt like change and a sick baby and i really need it fixed soon and dont know what to do
There's unfortunately nothing you do to speed up a repair by Openreach.
