Suddenly no connection to Wi-Fi (via phones, pc or tv box) or internet (via Ethernet to pc) on Thursday 22nd/ Friday 23rd.
All lights on hub showing as normal. Sky Wi-Fi checker scan shows no problems. Hub turned off and on. Still there is no connection.

@Al27 Please log into your account at sky and run the service checker to see if it can diagnose any fault using a mobile device. Report back any findings
