No internet light on hub.

Hi,

Currently have Sky ultrafast broadband and came home to no internet.

Done all the tests, unplugged and rebooted everything and still no internet.

Have the SR203 hub and only light that doesn't come on is the Ethernet light.

I've ran the Sky broadband let's fix this but constantly ends up with 'oops that didn't work we are having problems at the moment'

Doesnt seem to be any outages showing in my area either LN3.

Any advice?

Sky can't help. They can't run a line test as they have issues at the moment, hence why the online and app line fix is also not working. 
Their online help says I could try again in the morning and hopefully it will be fixed. Shambles.

After no internet light on hub and no internet since 4pm yesterday I woke up to my hub showing all green lights and internet working. 
Why would this have happened? Over night update to hub?
