Find out more@belle353 if you have not donecso already run the connection test in the My Sky app overca mobile connection as that will tell uyou if Sky know about an issue affecting your line. If Sky aree nit apparently aware call them and report the fault as that both starts the clock for payment of compensation and makes sure Openreach are asked to fix the problem.
