No internet from day one, customer service only copy/paste the same wording.

I installed sky broadband 18/03.
No internet from day one.

 

1.  Sky hub lights:

- Power GREEN

- WIFI GREEN

- Internet YELLOW

 

2. ONT white box:

- 10G lan GREEN

- LOS OFF

- Power GREEN

 

 

I chat with Whatsapp Sky agent, they only copy/paste the same quesiton,  i take the action following MORE THAN 7 TIMES!!!!!

EVERYTIME SAME QUESTION, SAME ACTION:

 

- CHECK YOUR CABLE

- CHECK ALL BOX LIGHTS

- RESET/REBOOT BOXES.

- OK, PLEASE WAIT 3-5 DAYS.

 

REPEATING FOREVER!!!!!

@ccieliu the list of lights on the ONT is missing the most important one which is PON which should be steady green if the service is live. If it is unlit or flashing there is an issue with the service. Sky should have given you a date for activation of the service and has that passed? If not you will have to wait until the service is connected. 

 

If you want to get support from Sky call them as the social networking agents cannot always access your account without taking you through security questions first.
