No internet for over a week 4 engineers

We have had no internet for over a week. 3 open reach engineers, 1 sky engineer. All say they've fixed it and eith in a few hours it's down again. Submitted a complaint yesterday asking for an email response. Received two emails one saying they'd tried to ring couldn't reach me so assumed resolved. 2nd email saying they could see an issue and to supply a phone number and they'd call. No call. Tried to relog on sky app but it says we don't have an issue so can't request an engineer. Anyone out there with any ideas.

@Job493 sounds like an intermittent fault which are a pain to diagnose so engineers fall back on replacing things until,the fault stops. The app, often lags so Inthink the emails are likely to be more accurate. You can call Sky who should becable to see the correct status.
