Can anyone help me. I have tried rebooting but that doesn't seem to help. We have no tv either. Life is at a standstill. 🤦🏻‍♀️

You need to call sky, that red light  means  the fibre optic cable is damaged  somewhere  to your  optical network terminal box, I  have the same setup

I keep calling Sky to report the issue, only to receive an automated response that lets me know there is a known issue in the area and that they are working on it. Then, they offered me the option of receiving a text once the issue was resolved, which I did and have been doing since the issue started. However, nothing has changed, and so far, I have no timeline as to when the issue will be resolved.

It will be down  to open reach  now to sort the issue , sky would  have contacted  them about it, you will  just have to wait  now i am sorry  to say

Sky normally quote 2 WORKING DAYS as a potential fix time. This is the service level agreement in the UK between ISPs and Openreach for fixing a fault as Openreach claim to be successful within that timeframe in 85+% of cases.

That bend looks crazy for a fibre. 90 degree bend...not even a curve.

Most likely damaged the cable
