No internet for a month

My internet went down on 3rd December 24, numerous phone calls to sky and openreach engineers out 4 times to say the issue was with sky and their technical team! I have had to keep calling to find out any updates myself on a regular basis no update from sky at all! Extremely disappointed at their customer services although they have compensated me £15 but then taken £30 on a DD for services they have not provided. Am I within my rights to cancel my contract? I just don't feel they are looking into resolving this at all!
