No internet connection

Red light on LOS unit .. no light on internet on broadband unit.. says fault outside the home engineer will call I don't need to be here .. any one experience this ? Can I use hotspot on my phone to get sky working ? Thank you

If there is a fault outside of your property then the Openreach or Cityfibre engineer should go to the location of the fault to carry out the  the e repair.
