No internet connection

My internet has lost connection. Orange light. No availability/connection on any device. Have tried switching off and back on after a while, still nothing.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I have same problem. Im in West End near Southampton. Sky broadband test says everything is fine but clearly not. 

What area are you in?

I’m having the same problem, WiFi keeps dropping. Happened last night and again tonight from 11pm. I do the tests and it says everything is fine, connects for a second then drops again.
