No internet connection

To get internet back up and running 

(No apps on TV and so 8 year old struggling for TV as no Netflix or you tube can be watched) 

 

I've turned the TV off from mains, nothing, gone onto the settings part and follows those instructions and still no internet connection

@CJ774 Is the problem no Internet or just your TV side is not working, it's not clear with what you have posted!

 

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
