Discussion topic: No internet connection

No internet connection

My router is showing as 'connected to WiFi' but there is no internet. 
sky diagnostic check seems to think it's working properly, but this is clearly not the case. 
I have been with sky 2 months and am feeling very dissatisfied with the problems I have faced within this time.

Try rebooting your hub at the mains.

I have tried this already. I have also unplugged and plugged the Ethernet cable - no resolution
