No internet connection
No internet connection. WiFi light light is on, voice light is orange and internet light not on. Checked system status online and there is a known outage issue in my area. When will this be fixed?

@MamaMandella21 nobody can answer that with any accuracy including the engineers working on the job. Most area outages are fixed on the sameday. Openreach undertakecto fix outsgescwithin 2 working days which they manage in 85% of cases. A few incidents take longer.
