No internet connection

We are constantly loosing internet signal

this is happening most days between 3-4pm and between 10-11pm. 
when check broadband on sky app all says ok but devices cannot connect to WiFi or internet. Devices are all near to router. . Please could you check connections and advise?

The times you have mentioned are usually peak WiFi usage times, when kids come home from school & when everyone settles down for the night to use their devices. Its likely you are subject to WiFi interference from neighbouring WiFi routers or even in your house if you have many devices.
