No internet connection

I have no internet connection from my hub. No phones or tvs connected. I need help

asap as I work from

@Danielle243 If you happen to have a mobile data signal then you could try the service checker to see if sky are aware of any particular area wide faults, but they do not always know those.

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
