No internet connection

Hi

 

I've had my internet installed today, the fibre optic is connected and working but the internet is red on the hub, they told me to contact you

@Juliafoster Posting on the Forum you are not contacting sky, to do so you need to call them. Link below is about the hub and it's lights.

Although you have it installed, was today given to you as the activation day, have you had any test from Sky that you are activated, and it is also anytime up untll midnight off the activation day for it all to happen! ONT got all three lights on it, if you do have a full fibre service!
