No internet connection

since last night I've had no internet, I've followed the steps as suggested, what could be the reason why I'm always losing internet connection?

@CB1311 There can be many reason's for losing the connection to the Internet, what does the hub show you, see the link.

It was one green and one orange - none flashing 

I've turned off my box for now
