No internet connection
My internet service went off for more than an hour now. I use internet checker in your app and it shows good service that nothing is wrong yet there is no service. This is limiting me. This is not the first time it happened.

I have exactly the same issues.
Checker says all is well but my ONT is red showing LOS.

Exactly the same for me . Service checker saying everything fine but internet definitely not working for me.

Same here, it's dropped out saying everything is fine, but clearly not. I live in the Southampton area UK.

We are in Southampton too and having problems. All checks say everything is fine.

Then it's a nationwide issue. Sky needs to act on this because we're paying heavily for their services.

NO INTERNET

My connection was reconnected at 2:10am, hopefully everyone else is now reconnected.

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any problems or outages nearby
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)
If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.
If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).
