No internet connection

Paid my bill every month and yet my inter t has been turned off why??

Billing doesn't come into if there is a fault somewhere so the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Same here went down for 1hr no internet, I use mobile 4G network hotspot connection to my PC but only got 19.1Gb data left. Come on Sky fixing up 😖
