No internet connection
The LED lights on the hub show:
Power: green
Internet: no light at all
Wifi: green
Voice: orange
There is no internet connection though the service test run states that everything is ok

@YM1 Did you run the service checker and it is showing green good? How long has your internet been down, is it longer than one hour?

I have run service checker and it says all good. But the "Internet" LED light indicator is "OFF" and there is no internet connection for over 1 hour.

@YM1 Could you follow the latter directions from the information below.
Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
