All lights are green, only some channels are working, ran tests and apparently everything ok!

When you say channels do you mean sky tv? 

What box do you have?

I have sky stream, this has been happening since yesterday afternoon, the second and fourth lights on the hub go orange every 10 minutes or so

Ah, normally if the internet goes orange it happens at the most every 1/2 hour

 

If you have the black sky router could you post your router statistics
