No internet connection

Hub is not connecting to the internet - power light green - internet light off, occasionally flashes orange - wifi light green - voice light orange

Same for us, have reset a couple of times but still not working

Same for us in vicarage lane no broadband and no internet. Rebooted router and still got orange light .

Sky sort this out!!!  Every day the internet is going down.  I thought upgrading to fibre would be better but not.  Regularly goes down. 
All lights on the hub are green except the voice light which is orange .  Rebooted but still same 😤
