No internet connection

I have no internet connection, only an orange light on the router. All tests on the sky website say everything is fine, I have also followed all steps on the website that are suggested.
The wall plug has a red light too. I've restarted everything and it's the same. I'm working from home and need help with this urgently.

@2011  The forum needs a little bit more information. What troubleshooting have you done?
