No internet connection

The test says my broadband is working fine but i have no internet connection

Same with me. It's infuriating. Literally every weekend since I've had it installed there has been an issue. Call and ask for credit on your account. You shouldn't have to pay for a service you aren't receiving. That's what I've done.
