Hi, I don't have any internet connection. I've tried switching router on and off but still not working. The internet light on the router is off. I've tried the sky app but I can't test my connection as I get a message saying there is no address connected to my account.
I work from home so require this fixed asap, many thanks.

You will have to call Sky to report the fault, working form home does not get you priority over other customers as you are using a domestic only service.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf it's still down this morning report it to Sky. Openreach have a target fix time of two working days but as stated wfh gives no priority for fixing.
The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.
