No internet connection, only two green lights

My activation day is today had a text to say it is activated but still only two green lights on phone and WI-FI and it is not connecting to any of my devices

Open reach came out on Thursday morning to connect my internet box but had problems. Said he was having problems and an engineer would be out in next 24 hours but no one has come

@Midge2  It can take up to midnight for data to flow on your connection even though you have had the text to say your services have been activated.

@BrianEnnis  Is there any information in track orders in my account to what is going to happen with your installation?

It's of course after midnight now and still no internet connection
