No internet connection for 4 days

I can't seem to watch catch up and it keeps saying there's an Internet problem and every time I reset it when it tells me to it says unsuccessful connection please try again also I did try to ring sky yesterday and you had something wrong with your systems, cause it wouldn't let me speak to anybody

@Lisa792 there was a majorcsystems issue yesterday but Sky have told us things are back to normal. If the service checker in the My Sky app is not telling you Sky are aware of a fault then you must call them so thry cangetvan engineer to check your line.
