The WiFi connection has not been working properly for over 3 weeks.
i rang spoke to somebody a couple of weeks ago and the issue has still not resolved.
an engineer came out last year and said there was a fault in the area which he had fixed but said it would eventually stop working again.
condo an engineer please revisit?

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
