I am having the exact same problem keep doing the service checker and according to that,everything is fine.
Every thread I have read, sky does not seem to be responding.

I am working from home and im struggling with the same issue. Restarted the router, the devices are up to date, but still... It feels like having a dial in instead of a 500mbit full fibre. Terrible service so far
