No internet, complete despair for two days

Hello, we are in complete despair and horrow to live without internet . We got used already to live without land line for 3 month, we still paying for.It wasn't possible to contact you, because we live in no reception area, it is Camden park road in a dip. my housband is 89, I am not young either. sos! P,ease, help us! asap. we are in home practically every day., Chislehurst. My friend cheked everything all reconnection , problem is in sky box? we don't want all these endless issues with passwords etc. Help us please. We can't live like this, we are paying for nothing.

You are going to have to go to an area where you can call sky with either your friend or someone who can help you call, then arrange for them to get you an engineer to help, do you not have a landline phone with your sky system?
