No internet but its connected

Hi I have bought new device . Sky broadband.  I have put it on.  Its showing connected but there is no Internet.  When I went to sky site and checked speed and everything its showing its working properly. But its not working

@Krunal108 What do you see looking at the hub! See the link, you are NOT talking to sky customers like you on the Forum trying to assist you!
