No internet but green lights

Have been without wifi/Internet access now for over 3 hours and I work from home so this is an absolute nightmare! Hotspotting from my mobile data at the moment.

 

Have done all of the remedy work such as restarting router, unplugging, resetting etc etc but cannot get any device to connect. 

 

Sky diagnostics say everything is fine but it obviously isn't.  3 green lights are on, on the front of the router.

Engineer can't come out until 22nd November - absolute joke as loosing pay if I can't work. 

 

Any ideas what could be the issue and how I can fix it?

If you've done all the troubleshooting, its either a Sky network issue or Openreach network issue which is probably why Sky have booked an engineer for you. 

 

If you lose pay by not being able to WFH and dont have an option to go into an office or other location then you should be paying for a business grade broadband package which offers higher SLAs
