I've checked many times if there is a problem within my home and outside however it says there is no problem? But then when I go to test my broadband, it says it's within the area. I'm kind of confused? My entire box turned off at 3am on Friday night. Hasn't been on since - been trying the methods sky has suggested but nothing is working. No lights are showing on the box and I'm just confused to what's going on. My kids need to do their homework and this is getting really frustrating.
