No internet - app stating connection is fine

Power and WiFi are both green but voice is orange and internet keeps flickering orange. Have tried resetting and unplugging and waiting and replugging. Won't connect to the internet - working from home disaster!

Same here, status check says all OK but no internet just dropped about 20 minutes ago. 
internet light in the hub is off, all others OK.

I'm having terrible internet issues. Both my wife and I work from home 50% of the time and have issues staying connected to calls. When browsing on phones and tablet, despite wifi showing, often unable to get on websites or open apps. Two of us are also with sky mobile and even when turing wifi of, using our data is terrible.

I'm having the same problem it's driving the household crazy, the internet keeps going on and off but on the sky app it says it's completely fine? I've no idea we've obviously  restarted it a few times but no help??

Same thing just started happening to me also, dropped a few days ago aswell but fixed itself quick. This time it doesnt seem to be fixing itself.

We had OpenReach come out and identified a cable that had been severed outside of our property likely due to bad weather. Would highly recommend checking if drop out is persistent and otherwise unexplained... Not only is our internet now connected without issue it's actually at least 2 times faster. 

 

Did point out this wire (which was just about hanging in there) to the Sky engineer we had come out 4 months ago who didn't think it had anything to do with the WiFi 🤦🏼‍♀️
