No internet and been on hold for 45mins

I have rung again as we have no internet again!!! I have been on hold now 45mins

@GHHaines easiest way to establish if Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line is to log into the My Skybapp using a mobile connection and run the service checker. If they are aware then you will have to be patient while it is resolved.  However if yhst shows nothing you will havecto persevere with calling Sky to report the issue.

@GHHaines Did you run the service checker to find out!

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
