My broadband strength and speed is consistently very slow and unreliable. My internet has now also started disconnecting with my router turning orange around 4pm each day on a consistent basis. The WiFi tests say my connection is fine and working however the internet doesn't work on any devices and the router has orange lights rather than green.

If your router's broadband light is turning orange this suggests you have a line issue.
