No internet again

Trying to watch TV and you have no internet connection again

You can run the service checker to see if the condition is known to sky via a mobile device, is the hub indicating it is offline.

Thanks for the email but it's not accurate we was fully down and it said no issues at this time, we have so many issues where it just drops out. 
I have run cables into every room due to the issues at my own cost. 
I think it's time to move on to the next stage.
