Hi! First time doing internet set up on my own and I don't know what else to do. My activation date was Thursday 16th, I followed the instructions to fix the connection but I've got no internet... It's been 3 days now, what else can I do?

If you have a failed broadband activation then you will need to call Sky to report the issue.
