No internet, South Wales.
Internet down, based in Neath, South Wales. Followed the online help and reset but still not working. Green light is off on the router.

@Jamie110 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Thanks, I just phoned the Sky helpline and there is a wider problem in my area. They said "openreach" are working on it urgently but could be up to 2 days.

The standard Openreach target time to fix individual faults in domestic broadband is two working days. They report to Ofcom that they meet this target around 85% of the time.
An area outage would receive higher priority, but time to fix depends on the nature of the problem: replacing a roadside cabinet wiped out by a vehicle impact takes rather longer than swapping an ethernet switch in a telephone exchange.
