No internet PR3

Had no Internet since 6pm 26th Feb. Sky not aware at that point. Said it could take 72 hours what a joke. First time in 5 years my open reach box has red light. Had nothing but trouble since signing up. Terrible service

Where did the 72 hours come from, did you phone them about this, if so Openreach aim to respond to external faults within 2 working days.
